Sportbike Track Girl's Ladies First events are staffed with both men and women riders. An entire staff listing can be found here for northern region and here for southern region, but we would like to highlight our wonderful Sportbike Track Time female staff members!
HighlightsMoved from Iowa to Ohio. Got married in Costa Rica January 2013 and became an STT Coach.
GoalsTo help others excel in their riding skills and love this sport as much as I do. Learn, how and what, to improve on with myself and my riding skills. Try to help women riders to feel more comfortable and confident on track and to race more rounds with WERA.
Track Day AdviceRelax and HAVE FUN! Walk around and get to know the staff and people in the paddock. Ask questions and help others like you would like to be helped.
HighlightsChanging over all my bikes to GP shift, riding on track without having to follow an instructor & most importantly growing the female riding track community.
GoalsConfidence, seat time, & growing the female riding community. Seeing more women get on track makes me so happy. Women are great riders and having a community of women that enjoy the track is so much fun for me.
Track Day AdviceCoaches are trackday secret weapons. Wheather you are scared going out on track for the first time, after a fall, or just looking to drop some lap times, the coaches are more than happy to help. There is such a wide variety of talented coaches available at each and every trackday just looking to help people out. Take advantage of them!
ProfessionChief Devil's Advocate and Co-Owner of STT, STS, Apex Manufacturing, Talladega Gran Prix Raceway
Bike(s)I don't ride, but I've been around bikes for 27 years; as long as I've been around Richard!
On track sinceWe raised our baby (now a senior in highschool) at the track...so a long time!
HighlightsFinally going on my first 2-Up ride (on track!) with Richard at Tally this year. Crazy, is all I can say.
Track Day AdviceListen to the instructors, ask an instructor to help you...with anything; big or small. They really do love what they do and really do feel great pride and joy when customers come to them asking for help. I've heard them say a thousand times, "I love it when my students reaches that 'aha!' moment!"
HighlightsI've only been riding since July 2013. Fortunately, I found the best group of guys to mentor me. They brought me to the track in December 2013, and I haven't looked back since!
GoalsWe all want to get faster. The key is getting there safely! I want to get faster, and help others get faster too!
Track Day AdviceI've been where you're at. Unless you're Cameron Beaubier, our biggest obstacle is our head. Stop thinking about what everyone else on Trackday Junkies tells you to worry about and just go ride your own ride. Don't worry about what anyone else on track is doing either. Look ahead and trust your bike/tires. Once you do all that, you should relax, and that's where the real fun starts!
HighlightsSeeing my stepdaughter marry and start a new chapter in her life. Being selected for the 2014 season as an STT Instructor
GoalsTo improve my riding skills, which in turn would make me a better Instructor.
Track Day AdviceWork on one thing at a time (body position, braking, speed) and they will all come together to make you faster. More important than speed, is being smooth on both the throttle and brakes and being consistent on your lines. And remember, to relax and have fun.

HighlightsLeaving street riding behind and becoming a track rider! I've had a great time continuing to learn and make progress as a rider. It is awesome to be able to watch others grow and share their excitement as they progress, especially other ladies! I have made the best friends I have ever known at the race track and I am always excited to meet and keep new life time friends.
GoalsBegin racing WERA in 2017. To help other women with the things that we all struggle with as riders, whether it be mentally or physically. And of course, continue to get faster while staying smooth.
Track Day AdviceHave fun and always relax! Ask questions, be honest with yourself and others, take advice from coaches and friends, and stay open minded as you grow so you can continue growing. Don't worry about anyones progress but your own. You are right where you are supposed to be.
